• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission
• Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Services to third parties
• Use the Services to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Billing and Renewals

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on your selected plan). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Price changes will not affect current subscription periods

4.3 Cancellation

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TikTok Games Platform and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

11. Term and Termination

These Terms commence on the date you first access or use the Services and continue until terminated in accordance with these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Services.

11.3 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended inactivity

11.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.3 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

13. General Provisions
